Direct Fiber Links Interconnect Campuses

MIAMI, May 22 /PRNewswire/ -- TelCove, a leading provider of business
critical telecommunications services to enterprise customers, carriers, and
government organizations announced that Barry University is utilizing
TelCove's Ethernet services to interconnect their Miami and Orlando
campuses and the NAP of the Americas with a high-speed communications link.
Barry University is comprised of approximately 9,000 students, and is
served by well over 700 administrators, faculty members, and support staff.
Barry University's main campus is in Miami Shores, Florida. Barry
University has 35 sites across Florida. The Barry University School of Law
and part of the Barry University School of Education are located in
Orlando.
Barry University had two core communication needs:
- They needed a reliable connection from their main campus in Miami and
their Law School campus in Orlando to the Network Access Point (NAP) in
Miami. The NAP is a high-speed interconnection point for global
carriers and Internet service providers. At the NAP, Barry University
would connect with the Florida LambdaRail (FLR) consortium. The FLR
provides Florida universities with the ability to access and
participate in high-bandwidth research and education over a separate,
high-performance network from the public internet.
- Barry University also required Internet access, plus higher bandwidth
connectivity between its main campus in Miami Shores and its largest
satellite campus, the Barry University School of Law and School of
Education in Orlando. Their existing data connectivity was delivered
over antiquated bonded T-1s provided by three separate
telecommunications carriers, and was unable to meet the University's
growing needs for increased bandwidth with greater reliability and
redundancy.

TelCove provided Internet access, a dedicated 50 Megabit-per-second
Metro Ethernet connection from Barry University's Miami Shores campus to
the NAP of the Americas in Miami, and a 10 Megabit link between the
school's Orlando campus and the Miami NAP.
Martin Dimkovski, Barry University Network Manager and Senior
Networking Engineer, explained, "TelCove took the time to carefully
understand and evaluate our needs. The relationship between Barry
University and TelCove was excellent from the start. The services provided
from TelCove met our current WAN throughput needs of tens of Megabits per
second, while being easily scalable to Gigabits per second. TelCove enabled
us to have Layer 2 (Ethernet) WAN connections across Florida that were
independent of local telco providers by using their same fiber optic
network that provides us with Internet connectivity. TelCove helped Barry
University build our high-performance inter-metro network core with amazing
cost savings."
Joe McCourt, Vice President of Sales and Operations for TelCove's
Southeast Region, affirmed, "The inherent benefits of TelCove's Ethernet
services for Barry University include scalability, simplicity in
management, cost-effectiveness, and the highest network availability.
Additionally, with a direct fiber link to the TelCove network, Barry
University benefits from TelCove's 100% Service Level Agreement (SLA) for
data transport. So, the University's data is safe, and their network
performance is assured. TelCove also provides the University with a
simplified solution for their high- bandwidth, protected, inter-campus
connectivity."

My mom doesn't have health insurance and I would like to pay monthly to a health insurance company so my mom could get health check up when she needs it. Does anyone know any health insurance company in orlando that can accept low monthly payments since I don't get paid that much?
